Another young adult book dealing with death of a sibling during teenage life. This book didn’t have the same appeal to me as some of the other names such as My sister lives on the mantel piece, All The Bright Shiney Things, If I stay.

The plot was predicable and if you like stories then it’s a decent enough read but at the same time I don’t think there was anything spectacular. The one thing that I did enjoy about this that other books don’t generally focus on  is that in Lennie’s grief she sought out her sisters boyfriend.

Wanting to remain close to the person who died is always going to move on sometimes the biggest mistake is to seek someone who’s in as much pain as you are. And its an interesting aspect to read about.
